Looking for a change of pace? Want to sharpen your culinary skills or just want to get away from it all? Whether you are a foodie or professional, spend a few week in our immersion course and dig deep into the traditions, culture and culinary aspects of Northern Italy.
You’ll spend your days in a mountain retreat
under the tutelage of chef Stefano Corvucci. He’ll work with you to organize your day, select the ingredients at the local market and then show you how to prepare meals
according to traditional techniques.
The Apennine mountains are flush with charming medieval towns, beautiful natural and cultural sites. Located near the borders of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Marche, it is a short ride to such beautiful cities like Florence, Siena, Bologna, Ravenna and Arezzo.
Imagine boning and cooking a whole rabbit, taking a picnic near a waterfall or sipping wines with a local winemaker. You’ll spend time with the chef's family and learn the history of the region. This is the experience that awaits you.
