Chef Stefano will be your host and will escort you in a private vehicle starting at its source and ending up in Rome on this 7 day all inclusive package.

7 Days All-Inclusive
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1
Bologna or Florence
You will begin your adventure in either Bologna or Florence. We will meet you in the morning and take you back to Mount Fumaiolo in a private vehicle.
You'll check in to your hotel to relax a bit and then be picked up for dinner at Stefano’s
mountain retreat. Enjoy a beverage in the backyard next to the Tiber River, which is just an unassuming
brook
bordering the property.
Day 2
The next day Chef Stefano will pick you up after breakfast and take you to Urbino, birthplace of Raphael. You'll see the art at the
Palazzo Ducale di Urbino. On the way back you may stop at the spring where the Tiber river is born. Rest and enjoy another dinner with the chef.
Day 3
Your journey now follows the river and heads south to
Sansepolcro
and the art of
Piero della Francesca. After lunch you'll head to
Perugia. Here you will visit the
Nobile Collegio del Cambio
and the famous frescoes by Perugino. After you check into your hotel, enjoy a dinner with the chef in a local trattoria.
Day 4
In the morning you’ll head to Assisi and the famed
Basilica of San Francesco
and the frescoes of
Giotto
and
Cimabue. After lunch you'll be on your way to Rome. Check into your hotel and enjoy dinner with the chef.
Day 5
After breakfast the Chef will take you to Rome. While all of Rome’s sights will be available to you, the focus will be on the art of
Caravaggio. You’ll stop at the
Piazza di S. Luigi de' Francesi
and the church of Sant'Agostino to see his art
in situ. Then take in the
Galleria Doria Pamphilj to see more Caravaggio, Titian, and more.
Day 6
Visit the
Basilica Parrocchiale Santa Maria del Popolo
and then walk through the gardens of Villa Borghese. Spend time at the museum marvelling at the works of Caravaggio, Bernini and others. In the afternoon, we can spend time at the Palazzo Barberini.
Day 7
Enjoy breakfast prior to your departure.
